Objective
To simplifies the cash withdrawal process by providing a seamless and secure way of handling cash transactions of every Debit Cash Out users.
I usually start the project talking to stakeholders to gather data/information about the project to help me know and understand even more the users need and business objectives. After gathering data and know the common pain points I start making sketch using my pen and paper to translate them into clear goals. Let's take a look of some sketch that I had made.
From the pen and paper to see gradually what will look like let's jump in into more detail wireframe to see if it's align with what I envisioned.
At this stage after doing the necessary bases for developing phase like Concept exploration, User flows, Prototyping, User testing, and Design reviews to ensure that the interface is user-centered and effective for the users, It's time to proceed to the next process to help the teams visualize and validate the final product design to ideate early and avoid fixes during development process.
After the process and iterations. Finally, the product design is approved and it is ready for handing off to the development team to make the product design interactive and functioning seamlessly.
